    Use an existing garment and place it flat on a surface. 

    Measure chest from armpit to armpit.

    Measure length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of waist.

    Ensure you check the garment you are purchasing to see if it is a kids fit, unisex fit or ladies fit garment and follow the measurements below.
