How it works
Orders
On Demand / Drop Shipping
Customers order on your website. So that we can supply orders we need to capture the order in our system. This can happen in a number of ways depending on the capabilities of your website and team. We can help you configure the easiest and most efficient way to do this.
Once an order is processed we send you a confirmation with tracking details and email through an invoice. You never touch any products - we take care of it all.
Bulk Orders
Minimum of 20 units regardless of items, colours or sizes. Discounts are available for large volume orders.
Bulk orders can be shipped to you, stores, events, agents and anywhere else.

Products
We print on demand which means we hold mostly plain stock. At peak periods we hold a small float to ensure we can meet demand. Custom items are the exception to this as we must make and hold bulk stock.
This model reduces the risk for both the brand and us. To maintain the reduced risk, we work closely with you to manage our stock holdings.
We source goods from ethical, reliable, Australian based wholesalers. We also have a growing range of local Australian made products and our team is constantly working on expanding our Australian made range.
We ensure the use of stringent quality control methods including onsite QC staff to inspect goods and visits to overseas factories where the goods are made. Most goods we source or make are printed locally in Melbourne. On top of this, we run our own QC of goods before supplying goods where we inspect the wearability and longevity of the goods and prints.
We work closely with our suppliers to provide uniforms to many schools, kindergartens and now brands across Australia. We find being realistic and upfront about lead times and delivery times keeps everyone satisfied they are getting the best for their community.
