Where are you based?

Our team is located in South East Melbourne, as is our warehouse, meaning fast shipping and fast returns. Please note, we are not a retail store. If you are unsure of sizing, check out our sizing chart page or use the sizing samples provided to your school/centre. 

 

What if I order the wrong size?

No problems! Just complete an online Return Authorisation and send us the item with the postage label we email to you. We will ship the exchange to as soon as we can, for free!

 

How much is postage/freight?

Standard registered post is flat rate at $8.00. Express registered posted is flat rate at $13.00. All items are shipped from our Melbourne DC with AusPost.

 

Do you have a free post or pick-up option?

Currently we do not offer a pick up from from our warehouse. We do offer a free delivery option or your school or kindergarten. These are batched and scheduled deliveries and it is free for your school or centre to opt into this service.

 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

You can complete a Return Authorisation form online. Simply send us the item with the postage label we email you. If the return is authorised, we will send out a replacement or refund your money as soon as we can. You can always call our customer service team who will be more than happy to help you.

 

Do the items come with any warranty?

All our items come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product page for details of the warranty, or alternatively contact our customer service team.

 

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

The vast majority of orders placed before 2pm on a business day, are processed and dispatched same day if you chose postage as your delivery method. Depending on freight company pickup times your order may be collected and start its journey the same day or next day. After shipment, it will depend where you live as to when you can expect your items to arrive. If there is no sign of your order after a week, get in contact with us and we will follow it up.

 

Do your items meet my schools guidelines?

Absolutely! We are working in conjunction with your school to provide school branded, and basics uniform items – all of which have been hand-picked and okay’d by your school.

 

Can I order for other children whose schools are not a partner of EduThreads?

We are proud to offer a range of unbranded school basics that you are absolutely able to order. Our range is high quality, comfortable and perfect for your school uniform wardrobe.

 

How can I get my school involved?

We love to hear positive feedback about our service! If you love it too and want it in your schools, share our vision with your school board and let’s see if we can get them to join the revolution!
