Fill out the form below to create an exchange or return request.

Once submitted it will be processed by our team and you will receive a email notification which will include a pre-paid return label and instructions for returning the original items on your order.  

 

Exchanges

Replacement orders for your exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the original items back.

Please allow 5-7 business days for Australia Post to return the original items to us and then for your replacement order to be processed. We will email you updates along the way so that you know whats going on.

If you need your replacements sooner than this you can always place a new order that will be sent out immediately and we can process your returned items as a refund. Refunds are processed same day as we receive the parcel back.

 

Freight for Exchange Orders

When a replacement order for your exchange is created if a freight charge is required this will be added to your order and an email notification will be sent to you for freight payment. This can be made easily online using our website.

 

Exchange & Return Exclusions

Note that some customised garments cannot be exchanged for alternate sizes or returned. Items that cannot be exchanges and/or returned are: 

  • Leavers garments
  • Any items with custom names embroidered or printed on them
  • Staff basic's items ordered with a custom school/kinder logo or print.
